Plentier Systems LTD ("Plentier," "we," "us") operates Doseline, a mobile app that helps you track medications and dose schedules. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and password (stored as a salted hash), or, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the identifier those providers give us.
- Health and medication data you enter: medication names, dosages, schedules, meal timing, and dose history (taken/skipped), so the app can build your daily schedule and reminders.
- Prescription photos: if you use the scan feature, the photo you capture is sent to our OCR provider (Google Gemini) to extract medication details. Photos are processed to fill in your medication entry and are not used to train third-party models.
- Device and notification data: a push-notification token for your device so we can deliver dose reminders, and your timezone so reminders arrive at the right local time.
- Purchase information: if you subscribe to Doseline Premium, Apple or Google shares a purchase receipt with us so we can verify your subscription. We do not receive or store your payment card details — those are handled entirely by Apple/Google.
- Feedback you submit: any message, rating, or screenshot you send us through the in-app feedback form.
How we use your information
- To operate the app: build your medication schedule, send reminders, and record dose history.
- To verify your identity and keep your account secure.
- To verify and manage subscription purchases.
- To respond to feedback and support requests.
- To send account-related emails (verification, password reset) — we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers who help us run Doseline, each bound by their own data-processing terms:
- Google Gemini — processes prescription photos you choose to scan.
- Apple and Google — verify in-app purchase receipts for subscriptions and, where enabled, sign-in.
- Cloud infrastructure providers — host our database, file storage, and servers.
Data retention
We keep your account and medication data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual medications at any time in the app. To delete your entire account and associated data, use our data deletion form or email us — see "Your rights" below.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, submit the account deletion form or email info@plentiersystems.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Children's privacy
Doseline is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
