These terms govern your use of Doseline, the mobile app operated by Plentier Systems LTD ("Plentier," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Doseline, you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

Doseline is a scheduling and reminder tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the guidance of a licensed healthcare professional. Reminders and schedules are only as accurate as the information you enter — always confirm dosing with your doctor or pharmacist, and never rely solely on the app for time-sensitive medical decisions.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into these terms to use Doseline.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to store information you don't have the right to store.

Subscriptions and billing

• Doseline offers a free tier and an optional Premium subscription (monthly or annual), purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Play Store account settings — we cannot process cancellations or refunds directly, as all payments are handled by Apple/Google under their own terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the medication and health information you enter. By using scan-to-add, you grant us permission to process the photo you submit solely to extract medication details for your account.

Termination

You may stop using Doseline and request account deletion at any time via our data deletion form. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Doseline is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plentier is not liable for missed doses, notification delivery failures, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Your use of Doseline is at your own risk, and you remain solely responsible for your medication decisions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Doseline after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Plentier Systems LTD is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
